About Kokum Mukul
Kokum Mukul is the pen-name of Mukul, a writer, amateur sitarist, and a lifelong autodidact based in the limbo between cities and villages in North India. Mukul is deeply interested in the intersection of worlds and cultures and how it shapes our human condition. His pursuits, driven by raw curiosity, include the intersections between the philosophy of language, Darwinian Natural Selection, computation and the history of mathematics, philosophy of science, Jungian psychoanalysis, and the politics of everyday living. Mukul sees that his calling is to synthesise disparate fields into something singular and meaningful through his works of fiction and poetry.
