Naz Ikramullah

 

The image by Naz Ikramullah is a collage using mixed media. It is both romantic and political. The theme: live in different 'States of Mind'.

Naz makes etchings, lithographs and paintings. She is based in Canada. She is currently involved in a writing book called Ganga-Jamini, which documents the shared heritage of the Hindus and Muslims of Indo-Pak.

Naz's work can be found in Cartwright Hall, Bradford, UK and The Library of Congress,
Washington DC. She has shown in India and Pakistan. A work In Memoriam from the Jordan
National Gallery was in a travelling Exhibition, Breaking the Veils - Women Artists from the IslamicWorld.
